Are your products animal cruelty free?

Yes, SK Lip Pouts products are not tested on animals.

Do I need to use a liner with your products?

A liner will help add definition and shape towards your natural lip shape although the applicators provided allow you to get a good shape and the slim sticks are small enough for easy application.

The colour blasts are longlasting and the upcoming matt lipsticks also stay on the lips not requiring a liner.

What are the ingredients used in the products?

Ingredients are listed under each product under the heading ingredients.

How do I make a return?

We only offer exchanges which are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges not authorized by SK Lip Pouts or that are unsealed and or used unless faulty once open. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please email SK Lip Pouts for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept online?

You can pay using Paypal, debit or credit card. Our debit and credit card transactions are handled safely and securely via PayPal using the latest encryption. We do not store any payment details on this site.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do deliver internationally, please check the delivery page for shipping details.

What if I have forgotten my password?

You can recover your password by following the instructions on the log in screen.

Can I modify my order?

Once your order is confirmed and payment sent we will not be able to modify as this order will have already been processed.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If it has been more than seven working days since you received your dispatch notification email and you have still not received your order please check the following prior to making contact:

  • Has a dispatch and confirmation email been sent?
  • Is the delivery address correct on both?
  • Have you received an email notifying you that your order has been cancelled (please check your junk and spam folder)?

If you have checked all of the above and still believe your order is late please get in touch with the customer services team at customerservices@sklippouts.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your email.
